How Our Recruitment Model Works

We deliver recruitment through defined campaigns, not open-ended searches. Each campaign is a focused piece of recruitment work with clear boundaries.

For SMEs planning a hire, subscriptions allow recruitment costs to be spread over 12 months. This improves budgeting while maintaining recruiter focus.

You decide whether to hire. If a hire leaves within six months, one additional campaign is run for the same role.
