Chris Mitchell

Chris Mitchell, born and bred in West Yorkshire, is the founder of Lindley Recruitment. With 18 years of experience in the recruitment industry, primarily in Yorkshire, Chris has worked for large multinational recruitment companies and successfully ran his own recruitment business for 8 years. His company supplied temporary and permanent staff to SMEs and large companies in Yorkshire, the UK, and the US.

Chris is well-connected with local SME businesses and has access to an excellent pool of local candidates. Although his primary expertise lies in the construction sector, he has extensively recruited across various industries for both permanent and temporary hires.

Outside of his professional life, Chris holds a season ticket at Bradford City and maintains his fitness through running and football. He enjoys the great outdoors and cherishes spending time with his wife and two young boys.
